SHINE! -tapahtuma koostuu pitchauksista sekä vapaasta verkostoitumisesta.

Tapahtumassa pääset kertomaan liiketoiminnastasi ja ideoitasi. Samalla kuulet, mitä bisnesmahdollisuuksia eri alat tarjoavat sinulle ja löydät uusia kumppanuuksia.

Sinulla on mahdollisuus tulla lavalle pitchaamaan kolmen minuutin esityksellä. Tapahtumassa ei pitchata rahoittajille, vaan yritykset ja ammattilaiset pitchaavat toisilleen. Lavalla voi kertoa omasta yrityksestä tai jostain tietystä projektista tai ideasta.

Pitchaajat valitaan hakijoiden joukosta ja valinnassa korostetaan niitä, jotka erityisesti haluavat laajentaa tuotantojaan ja liiketoimintaa monialaisesti. Hakuaika pitchaamaan päättyy 20.9.

SHINEssa on pitchauksia kuuntelemassa myös Thierry Baujard. Thierry on eurooppalaisen luovien alojen sijoitusverkoston Media Dealsin toimitusjohtaja, joka keskittyy mm. audiovisuaaliseen alaan, musiikkiteknologiaan ja videopeleihin. Berliinissä toimiva Thierry on toiminut sarjayrittäjänä ja sijoittajana luovalla sektorilla yli 20 vuotta. Thierry Baujard on tapahtumassa Music Finlandin kutsumana.

Tilaisuus juonnetaan ja pidetään pääosin englanniksi. Myös pitchaukset pyydetään esittämään englanniksi. Ilmoitathan osallistumislomakkeella, mikäli haluat esittää pitchauksen suomeksi.

SHINE! event consists of pitches and networking. You can sign up either to pitch or to network and listen to presentations.

Pitches are an important part of the event program, with companies pitching to each other. On stage, you can pitch about your own company or a specific project or idea and tell what kind of partners you are looking for.

Companies are selected from among applicants for pitches, and the emphasis is placed on those who have interesting opportunities to expand their business within the cross-sector community.

The selected companies will be contacted well in advance of the event.
The application period to pitch ends on 20th of September.

As a special guest, Thierry Baujard will also participate in SHINE. Thierry is the CEO of Media Deals, a European investment network for creative industries. Media Deals has promoted and encouraged early-stage equity investments in fast-growing startup companies e.g. in the following fields: film, TV, music, and video games. Based in Berlin, Thierry has worked as a serial entrepreneur and investor in the creative sector for over 20 years. Thierry Baujard will be at the event invited by Music Finland.
